By accessing or using UmikoShop, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, or applying to sell on the platform. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

• Prices shown are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• An order is confirmed once payment (or Cash on Delivery selection) is accepted
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product listing is inaccurate or out of stock

UmikoShop is a marketplace connecting customers with independent sellers. Each product listing is created and fulfilled by the seller shown on that listing. While UmikoShop verifies sellers before approval and coordinates order support, individual sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings and the quality of items they ship.

Sellers must complete our onboarding process, including KYC verification, and remain approved to keep listing products. UmikoShop may suspend a seller's store for policy violations, repeated quality issues, or fraudulent activity. Payouts to sellers follow the commission terms agreed to at the time of approval.

Returns are governed by our Return Policy. Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting support.

All UmikoShop branding, site design, and platform content belong to UmikoShop. Product images and descriptions belong to the respective sellers unless otherwise noted.

UmikoShop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, delays caused by third-party couriers, or disputes between customers and sellers beyond our reasonable resolution efforts.

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
